This policy provides financial protection to farmers against the loss or damage of agricultural crops and agricultural nurseries.

Coverage

• This policy covers losses or damage to crops caused by hazards such as thirst, drowning, natural fires, floods, torrents, landslides, storms, blizzards, hurricanes, diseases, and others.

• Coverage is currently arranged on the basis of the input cost (production cost), and work is under processes to obtain the approval of the insurance regulatory authorities based on the market price (productivity) according to the requirements of the Policy holder.

• Agricultural nurseries are insurable only if the crop is insured with agricultural insurance. The agricultural nurseries coverage is against fire and additional hazards
